This was my first time ordering from here, and I was pleasantly surprised by the cool quality of the product. The support team was incredibly helpful, promptly addressing all my queries. Moreover, the shipping exceeded my expectations, I initially thought it would take ages to reach Morocco given the overseas shipping but to my amazement it arrived within 21 days. While 21 days may not be an exceptionally short period but it’s certainly an acceptable duration. I would rate the paint by number kit and the support team with a solid 5 stars and the shipping with 4 stars

First of all, the painting came up really well and is much admired. Also, customer services were very helpful and communicative when there was a delay in shipping that was outside of their control. There were though a few small niggles:
– Normally paint by numbers kits come with a sheet which is a ‘map’ of the picture and the numbers in each section (in case the canvass numbers are not clear or get painted over). This was not provided with this kit
– The 5 and 6 numbers were virtually identical with only one microscopic difference (I had to use a large magnifying glass to tell them apart)
– Not enough number 24 (had to water it down to ensure coverage)
– Number 21 was dried out so had to mix with water
– Whilst hanging loops were included no hanging cord was provided

Whilst order took longer than expected it was worth the wait. I’ve ordered paint by number kits previously from a large online retailer and was disappointed when the canvas arrived folded (the folds can never be fully removed despite stretching the canvas over the frame). This kit arrived rolled and is good quality. Very quick and responsive customer service too when I enquired about delivery.

I ordered a paint by number of a Pitt Bull as a gift for my daughter’s house warming. I received the painting, which was on a real canvas not on a board. There was one missing color, and there was no instruction sheet. I emailed them and they responded right away asking for a picture of what was in the kit. I did so and received an email stating they were sending the missing items and also offered a free picture for my inconvenience. Who could ask for better customer service. While, you didn’t send me the links to the right painting, the subject I gave, “waterfall horses” was ambiguous and could be taken a few ways. I did find the painting again, just by looking under abstracts & it’s called “Hair Waterfall”. The hair of a woman turns into a waterfall then turns to thundering white horses. The hair is the primary focus and I should have taken that into account. Anyway, it’s gorgeous & I have it in my cart. Thank you so much!!

This is my first time for placing an order. Upon receiving my kit I noted the canvas that was being used. It was a very good grade compared to other companies I have purchased kits from. They offer a printed sheet that shows all of the numbers. This is very important to get because if you work in tiny spaces and you wander too far into another space, you have a sheet to look at to find the correct color to be placed. This is an excellent kit and I will certainly purchase again. Also, shipping was within reason.

This was my first paint by number project of a family photograph. It was fun but also a longer project than I had anticipated. Out of 24 paint containers, 1 was dried out when I opened it so I needed to contact the company about a replacement. It took a couple of emails for them to understand what the problem was but I did receive a new container within a few weeks. They were actually very good about contacting me during the shipping process (coming from China) so I was kept in the loop until I received it. The finished project looks great and I’m gifting it to the family over Thanksgiving.
I can’t wait to plan and order my next photo paint by number !!!

I have had a great experience with Paintbynumbers.uk.
They have a huge range of images. But most importantly they are very unique, that aren’t on other PBN sites. Other PBN sites seem to have all the same images.
So for that reason, I will keep using adultpaintbynumbers.com . My personal interest is in PBN is of artist, movie, TV, theatre or singers I don’t mind and they have some goodies. But I may run out of the ones I have already done! Also the different colors that pop off the canvas, and there is plenty of paint to add a lot of texture.
Such a huge range. I keep shopping all the way from New Zealand!!

One of the colors in my kit was wrong. I contacted the company, and after sending them a picture of the incorrect paint tube, they offered a free PBN of my choice, which I received, along with the proper paint to finish my project. Handled very professionally by their customer service.

I emailed Numeral Paint and explained my situation and was assured theirs would be high quality and was given a preview from a photo I gave before I purchased. I love Modern Paint by numbers! They use only quality canvas and the imprint of the images are clear and legible. The acrylic paint is creamy and just the right thickness. The paint covers the numbers with only one application. The paint pots are also full unlike others. The images are never distorted and what you order is what you get. It usually takes 3 weeks to receive your kit once you place your order. They provide you with confirmation of purchase and a tracking number.

I have purchased kits from other companies and have found their canvas to be cheap, unable to read the numbers, paint is dry and thick. I often would just throw the product away because it was a usable. I was always very disappointed because I paid good money for these kits.

On one occasion I had to contact customer support. One of my paint kits came opened in the paint was missing. They responded the very next day and solved an issue quickly.

I’m extremely happy with their paint kits and I will continue to support this company by purchasing more in the future.

I was a bit disturbed to learn where this package originated however let me explain. I ordered, without reading, and began to panic when I realized it wouldn’t get here prior to Christmas. However the company walked me through the entire process and only then did I realize these items are handmade and not massed produced. As it turned out the delay was not in China, nor the company but right here in the
US. The package arrived today in prestene order and is beautifully done. Tiny brushes, nice material and wood. I can’t wait for my granddaughter to see it tomorrow.

Good service. After I placed my order I emailed them as I had entered my address wrong. With the product coming from China I was concerned it would end up going to the wrong address still, but they did change the address. Delivery did take about 25 working days to the UK but they do state this on their website.

The company actually emailed me to offer to send another item as the tracking advice hadn’t been updated so they thought I hadn’t received it. I thought this was excellent service as with other companies when items have gone missing in the post, I would have to contact them.

Unfortunately the frame was broken on arrival but the company dealt with it quickly and efficiently & despite some Covid postal delays, they sent me two replacements free of charge. During the quarantine period I decided to get new hobbies, and doing paint by number was one of my new hobbies. Six months ago I bought my very first painting and started working on it , I really enjoyed, so since that time I have been buying paintings only from paintbynumbers.uk, I’ve never found any problem in dealing with them, because they literally have everything that any client is looking for. Good customer service ( the support team are friendly and polite, and tbh this was the first thing that impressed me) in addition to the prices which are very acceptable compared to other companies, and finally the high quality. I ordered four custom canvases and the paint brushes. Delivery was within three weeks, very quick for a custom order to the Netherlands. The brushes arrived first and I thought the canvases were lost so I called, they immediately sent me a new tracking code for the custom order since it leaves later and assured me it was on its way, it arrived the next day. I haven’t begun painting yet so I don’t know the quality of the paint but the brush set is very nice and comfortable to hold and the custom order looks awesome. I hope they come out great and can’t wait to get started!

I ordered two paints by numbers , one of the south Korean band BTS and the second one is a custom PBN, I received the normal one of BTS two weeks ago, and I was mad because I thought that I would never receive the second one. so I emailed the support team and talked to them on the phone too, and they explained to me that the customized PBN takes longer than the normal one . And today I got the second PBN, I apologize to the support team if I ever bother them with my frequent calls and emails. I highly recommend this company

Once I saw it came with a little cheat sheet that shows the picture with numbers, I was so excited to start! The paints are good. As long as you use water and spread the paints along, there should be no trouble with running out of paint. The packaging was very nice

From the time I ordered it to receiving my product, Modernpaintbynumbers.shop communicated with me on where it was. It had been in COVID-19 jail in China and then in pandemic jail in Texas. Excellent product, there was more than enough paint to cover the entire canvas with the proper colors. I was a bit iffy about the quality of the brushes that came with the kit; however, they survived the many hours I put into the painting. Fun activity if you enjoy something repetitive, good for unwinding after work.

I ordered the elephant 🐘 reflection painting from Modern Paint with frame and it didn’t ship for like 2 weeks cuz I know now they custom make it!! When I inquired they told me it had been shipped out a few days ago but I never received an email anyway, I did finally receive it but it came in pieces, canvas, frame, etc.. (I’ve ordered with frame from other places before and it actually comes in a box with the canvas tacked on a frame) but I had to assemble the frame which I did wrong 😔 I contacted Modern Paint thinking I had the wrong frame and they were real responsive to get me shipped out the correct one, but after careful review of the pic I sent they corrected me on how to assemble…I’m such an idiot so I assembled the frame correctly only to find that the canvas is bigger than the frame so either way I go I’ll end up cutting parts of the elephants 🐘 heads off which the company has been very good at keeping in touch with me about the situation..This is my 3rd painting but my first from Modern Paint because they actually had the painting I wanted of the Elephant 🐘 reflection and it wasn’t that diamond painting one..This painting of elephant 🐘 reflection came out amazing, this canvas was great to work with, the paint spreads better on it than some others I’ve worked on and the numbers were solid and easy to read but hard to cover with the lighter colors. It came with plenty of paint to complete it, only thing was I had to number the paints myself off the color chart cuz the paints were stamped with the color code on them not a big deal it was a way for me to know I had every color I needed 😀.. I loved this one such a great, fun, and beautiful piece! Wish I could post a pic😪

Ordered 05/26, arrived yesterday. The only issue was that The Yellow Sunflower kit was damaged during transit, sent them pictures to confirm and they agreed to resend me a new one. Been a regular customer of theirs for quite some time now, and they’ve never let me down once. Modern paint is no scam, having a bad experience with a company doesn’t make it automatically a scam, people need to chill a little.

My first order took about 2 months to arrive, wasn’t angry about it even though I wanted to do my project during quarantine, cuz I knew that there would be delays cuz of the pandemic. Made another order in 22nd of May and it took about two weeks to arrive. Both my order were excellent quality, will make this company my exclusive pnbs supplier.

The canvas is a good quality, the numbers are very easy to see. The paints are beautiful shades. only it took sometime to arrive, but I know this is because of the pandemic.

After 17 days I finally received my paintings, and to be honest I’m amazed by the quality of the canvas and the paint because for the price I have paid I was expecting a lower quality.
Totally satisfied and definitely will buy from Modern paint again.

This product surpassed my expectations. The canvas is very high quality and the frames seem easy to piece together. The images are dynamic. The package is well organized. My 12 year old, 16 year old and 25 year old all love this and have been working on them happily. Great project for a pandemic! I am looking forward to their finished pictures. It took a little while to arrive, but was well worth the wait.

This was a gift for Mother’s day, a photo of mom and her beloved grandson. Done it in a little time because there was nothing to do during quarantine and hooked to this hobby now. The quality is top-notch, colors were accurate, canvas was great. Mom loved it, will buy here a couple to do herself.

Bought The “Woman in The Water” paint which is a really aesthetic painting that I like, enjoyed every moment I spent on it. I recommend purchasing your PBN’s from Modern paint. Ordering was easy, delivery took 2 weeks, and the canvas & paints and brushes are very good quality.

Ordered a kit from another company and it never arrived, so I made an order with Modern paint on 21stof May and it just arrived today. I thought the same thing was gonna happen to me after reading some bad reviews on here, but was wrong. will be recommend them to my friends and family.

Just received my package today after 4 weeks of waiting, the only issue was that the personalised order wasn’t included in the package. Emailed them about it, and they told me it was shipped separately cuz it was taking more time in processing which is logical, they also told me that it is already with ups and is on the way to me. Overall I’m very pleased with the paintings and can’t wait to start working on them.

Ordered my paint by numbers a month ago and it came yesterday. The tracking was being updated regularly until my order was handed to the local courier and sat there for more than 10 days, inquired with the customer support and they explained that the shipping companies are having many problems delivering orders due time because of the covid19 pandemic. Overall, I’m happy I got my product. Would advise others to be patient as all business including shipping are still suffering from the covid19 situation.

Package took a very long time to arrive. Though I ordered when quarantine had just started, so I was kinda expected and I really don’t mind that.
My items arrived and I’m so excited to get started because the quality of the product looks really good, also the custom support was so helpful, they emailed me back right away several times when I had concerns, and they seemed very reasonable

The support was very responsive to me, and explained that the delay was due to covid and I understood that.

The canvas is a great quality one, paints are good too. Custom order took a little bit longer to get ready, but I was okay with it cuz it was on demand and needed more time to be designed and ready.

During Covid-19 has been a challenge for everyone. It took several weeks for me to receive my product form Modernpaint, but it is worth the wait. Delivery services have been especially challenged but through it all they are shining. Modernpaint Customer Service went over and above to keep me informed of where my product was until I received it. Your products are always quality. Thank you so much. I will be ordering again. Toni

I’m really surprised to read some negative reviews here. And i think they are a little bit unfair. I went through the same experience that are most people experienced in my first order, though the delay was reasonable to me cuz we were going through a pandemic. Made another order on 05/24 and was delivered to me today in a perfect condition, canvas was rolled, so it did not get wrinkled, paints are fresh. Very pleased with the product, will order again.

Guys honestly just give them a chance! The pictures are amazing and the canvas is great! From reading all the other reviews I was so worried and contacted them so I could cancel but their support team is lovely and gets back to you in about 3-5 days and explains things very clear to you so I decided to proceed with the order and after a couple weeks it came. The only reason it takes longer Is just due to covid just be patient with them and they will not disappoint!

High quality product, unlike many bad reviews I had read of other suppliers. High quality canvas, clear numbers on canvas, and fresh paint, My only complaint is that it took them 2-3 weeks to even ship the product, and then another 4 weeks to receive it. I think this is a new provider who was overwhelmed with demand during the covid-19 lock-downs, I’ve also strongly encouraged them to get another carrier. Other than that, can’t wait to get started!

I started on the first image, the canvas quality looks great, but there are too many areas, I believe this is because the image I bought have much detailed colors, so next time will keep this in mind and buy the easy images to paint from them.

I am so excited to finish the first image and see how the results look like 🤩

Just a follow up to my previous review. My order was confirmed on April 15, and after many emails back and forth to Modern Paint, the package with two kits and one set of better quality brushes arrived last Friday, June 5. I was pleased with the quality of the canvases and paint, so far. I must agree with another review, that the small picture of the final product that comes with the set is not much use, especially since my pic is just black, gray and white. I think it’s going to look great, regardless of a few mistakes in shading! My daughter is really happy with her Beatles painting that will go to her boyfriend. Little concerned about the frames I paid extra…they are still wrapped up, but can tell the wood is really rough. I don’t think there are instructions, but I’ll watch a tutorial online, if I need to. I highly recommend purchasing a set of better quality brushes, either through them or a local craft store, especially if your kit has a lot of detail work, which mine does. The kits come with three brushes. They are okay, but unsure if they will last til the end. Even though I have been frustrated by the length of time for delivery, and did not know until I started emailing them about the hold up that they are located in China, I am relieved and happy with the kits. I hope this review helps others.

First I thought this company was a scam- ordered my painting 3 of April and it spent two months to ship (after it was processed) I really thought it would never arrive. However, it did arrive and I absolutely LOVE it. the long delay is understandable, everyone is going through hard times, even businesses Overall I’m very pleased, will definitely recommend this company to others.

I ordered from this company May 10th And my order arrived June 8th I am very impressed, my paint by numbers is exactly how I expected! After reading these reviews I was very worried about ordering from this company, I talked with the customer service (which they were fantastic) and they informed me because of the pandemic orders are a bit delayed which is completely understandable, I would recommend this company to anyone and I will be ordering again.
