We try to keep our return process clear and fair. Below is how it works.
You can return unused items within 30 days of delivery, as long as they are still in their original condition and packaging and were purchased directly from our website.
Some items cannot be returned.
Custom kits are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or have a production defect. Clearance items are final sale.
To start a return or exchange, email [email protected] and include your order number.
If your package is still in transit, please wait until it has been delivered first. Once it arrives, we’ll guide you through the next step.
If your return is approved, we may provide a prepaid return label.
For returns from Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, additional fees may apply. For international returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Once your return arrives and has been inspected, your refund will be issued within 5 business days to your original payment method.
Please keep your return tracking receipt until the refund has been completed.

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by email. Please use the subject line “CANCEL ORDER” and include your order number.
Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled.
Custom kits cannot be cancelled once production has started. USA stock orders may ship the same day if placed before the daily cutoff time.
All orders include free package protection.
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us and we will review the case and offer either a replacement or a refund where applicable.
Damage to the outer shipping box alone is not considered product damage if the item inside arrives in good condition.
If your order arrives with the wrong item, wrong specifications, or missing accessories, we will correct it at no additional cost.
Paint coverage can vary depending on the color. If you run out of paint, we can send extra paint free of charge upon request. This does not qualify for a refund.
Minor canvas dents can usually be smoothed out at home. If the damage is severe, we will replace the canvas.
If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you cannot find it, please first contact the carrier and check around your delivery location.
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered that are later missing or stolen.
Shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other events outside our control may happen from time to time.
Delivery times are estimates only. While compensation is not available for delays, we will do our best to help and keep you informed.
If you entered the wrong shipping address, contact us as soon as possible.
We may be able to update it before the order ships. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
Because custom kits are made specifically from your photo, they cannot be returned for personal preference reasons.
They are only eligible for a refund or replacement in cases of damage or factory defects.
If you are unhappy with the result, send us clear photos and we will review the issue. In some cases, we may offer a revised sample or a remake.
